  6. QM Quality Management is designed to be used with any type IBM compatable
  7. computer. Property management  services would find this program very useful.
  8. QM is an accounting system for property management services.
  9. It handles accounts payable and receivable,cash disbursements,cash receipts
  10. and debits and credits. Other features include a business phone directory
  11. check writer, and rent payment journal,tenant and building databases, 11
  12. different printed report with funct menus for LPT1 LPT2 RPT1.TXT RPT2.TXT
  13. RPT3.TXT Devices, rent bills online Lease writer, eviction notices,
  14. 3day notices, Memo writer and much more.
  15. This menu-driven reak estate property management system makes it easy to keep
  16. track of tenants,expenses and rents paid and not paid.
  17. You can add,edit and delete unit codes, ledger records and expense
  18. categories.QM is an online accounting system all data is updated throughout the
  19. system each time new information is entered.
  20. QM is fast powerful simple but comprehensive way to keep records.Reports maybe
  21. produced in chronological order  e.g starting dates /ending dates
  22. QM is being used extensively by California professional property managers.
  23. There are a few keystrokes which you will want to remember.
  24. On an entry form, complete each field by pressing the Enter key or the down
  25. arrow key.  If you want to back up through the fields, press the Esc key or
  26. the up arrow key.  If you press Esc from the first field, you will go to the
  27. previous screen.
  28. On a scrolling table, press Insert to add a new item, Delete to delete an item,
  29. or Enter to change an item. To leave the table, press Esc.  To scroll the
  30. information, use the arrow keys, or the Page Up and Page Down keys.
